I LOVE my brows!! Since microshading is semi-permanent makeup on my FACE, I wanted to make sure that I got the RIGHT person to do my brows! I ... didn’t want absolutely any errors on my face!! lol. Well i’m happy to say that Melissa was the right person for the job! From the moment I started my appointment, it has been an absolute pleasure. She made 1000% sure that I like the brow mapping before she proceeded and she always informed me on what she was about to do next! She was very gentle with her approach, so it wasn’t painful. She made the experience very comfortable and I highly appreciate it! I also love how she’s thorough with aftercare instructions and made sure I go home with a cute little bag with the printed out instructions, and some brow ointment! Extremely professional and I don’t regret my decision one bit. I’m looking forward to coming back for my touch up appointment in 6 weeks! PS…I absolutely loveeee how beautiful, CLEAN, bright and modern her shop looks!! Appearance is everything to me and the fact that her shop is so well- kept, put me even more at ease to know she’s not about to microshade with contaminated instruments and dirty ink on my skin causing infections! lolmore

I LOVE MY BROWS! I was a nervous wreck when I went to the Salon to the point of almost cancelling. Too many people shared their negative ... experiences and I was nervous about all the social media comments, after all this is my face. Melissa listened, calmed me down and began to work. She talked me through the entire process as she worked. Well, this post is LATE because I waited for my brows to heal. Was it painful? Getting a carbon laser facial for my face has made a big change to my appearance. The owner of the shop did a great job getting it all done for ... me! I went from having a big amount of pimples on my face to having none. My hygiene before was really bad that I thought it will be over for me, but thanks to the owner of the shop my face is now better than ever. She carefully took her time to clean off the amount of acne that I had on my face. The owner is very informative, genuine, honest, and caring for her clients, she will do what ever it takes to make her clients including me happymore

Melissa did my eyebrows over 3 years ago! They still look amazing and I haven’t even gotten my touch up yet. The experience was great! I was ... expecting a lot of pain since this was my first tattoo experience. I specialize in finding impeccable service that contributes to that lifestyle..🎉 Puurr….Secondly, i researched and she was the best in that area of Brooklyn. You want to have someone do your brows who have experience and know exactly what they are doing because there are no room for mishap. I have natural thin eyebrows, which I love (I’m a big fan of the roaring 20’s) but since aging I noticed that my eyebrow hair is thinning and my tails are non existent. I spend countless mornings drawing in my brows and then they also don’t look even which is another process to fix and runs up my time… I am a spa owner and ain’t no body got time for that anymore…. Baby! I’m so happy that I met Melissa and we immediately clicked. She is a sister I never knew I had. Her place is spotless clean. Customer service is great, music is on point and she is a professional. She is gifted with her hands and crafty in her art. I had my session about 2 weeks ago. During the session I didn’t feel too much pain. Don’t be scared of some pain… she was gentle and throughly explain what was going on and what to expect before, during and after my visit. I was relaxed and felt comfortable. My brows are healing well. I no longer have to pencil in my brows…Now I spend that time sleeping in a little bit later..lol. While looking for a place to have my eyebrows microshaded, I came across Brows and Beauty Bar NYC. After checking out their IG page I decided to ... reach out with some questions I had. The owner was very kind, responsive and informative. After looking into a few other places I decided to book an appointment here. I went in for my appointment and was greeted with the warmest welcome from the front desk personal as well as the owner. I was then taken to the back to have my brows mapped and begin the microshading of my brows. The space where the brows are done is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner is so kind and does an amazing job at making her clients feel comfortable and welcome. She took her time and was very attentive to ensure I left there happy with my brows. It has now been about 10 weeks since they were initially done and I just had my touch up. I am soooooo happy with my brows! I loved them after they were initially done and I love them even more now after my touch up. I am so happy I came across Melissa and her Brow and Beauty bar! Brows and Beauty Bar NYC knows how to her customers. I always drew in my eyebrows because I had gaps and my tails were thin. So I got my brows ... done at a local spa. They did a decent job, so I thought. Within 2 months I started to see the gaps in my brows come back. I went to Brows and Beauty to help me out. She told me about micro shading and felt I was a good candidate. Well, it's almost a year now and my brows are looking like I just walked out her spa. First off people, going to BROWS & BEAUTY BAR NYC was one of the best decisions I've made. I was starting to lose the hair in my eyebrows ... and the daily fillings became a tedious chore. After seeing her she was not only able to fill in the gaps of my eyebrows but actually give them a better shape than before. This change, changed my whole face in a good way. My face is selfie 🤳 ready everyday 😉. Also her place is very clean, she informs you of the process, the do's & don't, and while on the table she makes sure you are comfortable.
